The outdoor seating area is gorgeous and will be lovely in the summer. However, the interior could use a serious renovation; it appears old and worn, with cracks and frayed fabric throughout. Despite this, the quality of the coffee is outstanding, which makes the experience worthwhile. I also appreciate the selection of homemade seasonal cakes and tasty lunch options. The coronation chicken is particularly delicious! This place is quite popular for breakfast and lunch.

I was really pleased to discover this lovely café. It features a charming little garden where I enjoyed my earl grey tea outside. Unfortunately, a fly landed in my cup, and while I initially considered purchasing another one, the waitress graciously offered to replace it for free, explaining that it wasn’t my fault. The interior is very nice, and the service is incredibly friendly, all with a rich history to boot.

I have dined here once or twice a week for the past two months, both for takeout and in-house dining. The food is excellent—freshly prepared with quick service. There’s a large menu with plenty of vegetarian options. I especially recommend their jacket potatoes. For the best selection, I suggest coming around 1 PM for lunch, as some items can run out due to being made fresh.

Beautiful little caffe, the personal is so friendly and helpful. it has a lot to do, which shows that it is a popular caffe, has a beautiful sitting area outdoors. large selection of sandwiches and the coffee is brilliant. defiantly recommend for their breakfast and lunch needs. x

Inside and outside seating. They open early so you can get breakfast and a drink before work. The bacon and mushroom sandwich on granary is always delicious. Food served quickly.
