Kfc Bristol Avonmeads Retail Park

Food was quick and well made Drive through was easy and could see ample parking Didn't go inside so can't comment on inside service

Not pleasant, air con set on arctic cold; toilets tiny, smelly, dirty; the outdoor area is so uninviting rubbish flying everywhere, staff sitting on a curb smoking. There were 3 families eating there (Sunday afternoon) which is nothing compared to McDonald's across the road. Why don't KFc staff care about the cleanliness of the place?

I had a chicken wrap and my son had the mighty bucket for one with gravy. The wrap was delicious and fresh, and the chips were great - not skinny fries. They were a bit overcooked for my liking, or maybe they had been sitting out for a while. The restaurant was empty except for us and a delivery driver. The toilets were clean, but it was really cold inside. I always eat here when I'm in Bristol because the food is consistently good and well-prepared.

Went through drive through and ordered a bargain bucket and specifically requested thighs and drumsticks as family is a bit fussy about it. Weve been parked up as they were waiting for chicken to cook and when food finally arrived annoyingly in a whole bucket was 1 drumstick, 1 wing, 1 breast and 3 pieces of ribs with small part of a wing. On top of that all pieces were much more than signature crispy, they were burned and even after scraping off the burned parts food was VERY salty, so perhaps a chamge of oil may be ideal. Very much not happy with food.

I have received incorrect items during my drive-through visits to this KFC location three times in the past year. The service at this branch in Avonmeads is consistently lacking. This will be my final visit to this restaurant.
