Contribuisci feedbackTo start with the positive notes: accepts us at a weekend without booking, the place is cozy, prices are good, table service is in order, wine is in order, eating is good. to go to negative comments: they took them forever to welcome us and ask us whether we had a booking, the smell of the restaurant was not great, and the food content is not great compared to some of the other Italian places in the opposite.
It was smashed and is now my restaurant we go as family. good prices and variety. I would recommend this to any family looking for a beautiful restaurant
Arrived after the lunch rush, only a handful of tables sat outside. Ordered drinks and meals together. Waited 25 minutes for our starter of houmous and garlic bread and then waited another half an hour for our mains. Had to ask for cutlery twice, as none was brought. Another table sat not too far away from us, arrived after and ordered after us, got drinks and food before us. No acknowledgement of the wait we had. I asked the waitress and MD about chasing our food, but no apologies were given. Disappointed and with a very hungry child, it was not a fun experience. Will not return
Caspar was friendly (we visited on 11 June), and helpful. Food was tasty and our drinks were different and lovely!
My previous review of: Nice atmosphere, good food attentive staff, made a great evening, didn't come to that expectation level this time, except for Kacper who welcomed my wife I to the restaurant served us through our visit. Wanting only main meals to share from the menu, the spaghetti prawn dish was lovely, the wife was pleased we asked that the chillies came separately! On the other hand the pizza was dry sparsely accompanied with tomato, cheese or pepperoni resembled trying to eat cardboard. We asked for the pizza to be re presented with an expected covering, only to receive it back to our table with a few globules of cheese scattered on it! Okay, we ate the middle of the pizza, with a little help of some mayonnaise left the rest. While a waitress collected our plates, we informed her that the pizza was awful not to standard To our amazement she laughed walked away!!! We did eventually speak to Kacper, who had been aware of the situation we accepted his offer of refunding the pizza. We were assured that the level of our pizza was not up to their usual standard, but looking around it seemed to be exactly the same as other pizza diners were receiving! There is no shortage of tomato's, cheese or pepperoni, as far as I know, so why skimp on what you serve to your loyal customers? It definitely won't be pizza, we'll be coming back for!!!
