The manager was particularly aggressive and pushy, despite the fact that they knew we were there for breakfast. When I stated that we wouldn’t be having breakfast after all, they showed no concern and treated us poorly. The staff had such unpleasant attitudes that it left a sour impression. I will definitely not be returning. Additionally, the cost for two coffees was over £6, which I found to be quite overpriced for what we received.
If you're in this part of town, be sure to stop by this lovely local café! It's a wonderful spot that I really appreciate. I would definitely make it a regular stop. Plus, there's plenty of easy parking nearby for those who don’t walk or bike. The Shellards Road bus stop is also close by!
Charming little café right off the road, perfect for a quick stop.
Large breakfast quite nice. Hash browns were undercooked and greasy. Food went cool quickly as plates were not warmed. White toast was brilliant. Apart from the issues stated good value.
We've been here a few times, but went for the first time for lunch with our 12 week old puppy today. The staff were so lovely and made our furry guy Harvey feel so comfortable and welcome with puppy treats and fuss. The food is simple but great. The coffees are amazing. 10/10.
