Chili's Grill - Bristol

The service was friendly, but the food was what you would expect from a chain restaurant—on the lower end of the quality spectrum. The restroom could definitely use a thorough cleaning, and our table was sticky and unpleasant. My kids were quite unhappy about the situation as well.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals and drinks. The atmosphere was inviting and cozy, and the food was delicious. My wife surprised me with this treat for my birthday.

Food was great! Bradley was our waiter and the service was exceptional!!! He did a fabulous job. Best service we have had in years anywhere!

The waiter wasn't very attentive to me, I sat there for awhile waiting on her to come take my order, she was too busy sitting in a booth with an older gentleman most of the time I was there, Noone actually was real friendly, I used to like Chili's but this time was an awful experience. The burger was good but the fries were awful, looked like they'd been sitting for awhile, but I didn't dare ask for any more. Noone bothered to say thank you or come again as I was leaving, they all had sour faces, no smiles.
