Dunkin' - Bristol

This situation is the worst of all dunkins in bristol. bad service, workers at the weekend are not attentive to customers and make repeatedly mistakes on ordering. they are too busy with their cells and talk to each other to do their job. please close this location and open a real dunkin shop close by.

I asked for a hot chocolate with milk and 1 sugar and they gave me neither. I ordered a coffee with hazelnut swirls and vanilla. they don't hear, I repeated myself several times and they still got my order wrong and it wasn't the first time.

They need to get better help!!! I picked up an ice coffee, and a wake up wrap with Sausage, Egg, and Cheese...so I open the bag, and there's the wrap with melted cheese, and the egg sausage were sitting outside the wrap, at the bottom of bag, NOT IN THE SANDWICH!!!Seriously People, Get your s**t together, and do your job right!

Well let's just say this I'm happy with dunkin'. Let's face it they make a good cup of Joe, the price is good and they know how to make your order. Unlike others out there. I won't say any names but they cost a lot of bucks..
