Emily's Catering - Bristol

The tasting we had really sealed the deal for us; everything was absolutely delicious. Unlike other tastings we had attended, this was a private session, and Rick truly focused on what we were looking for, paying attention to all the little details. Since we were uncertain about which package to choose, Rick prepared a selection of dishes from the entire menu for us to sample. There was so much food left over that he even let us take some home for our parents to try, and they loved it! After discussing our options, we decided on grazing table appetizers, dinner stations, and a dessert table. The stations were a huge hit; there was something for everyone, and it was a more engaging experience than the typical buffet or plated meal. Plus, the catering included a snack and beverage station (hello, parmesan popcorn and mango lemonade!) for before the ceremony, along with a custom cake. Rick and Cheryl also collaborated with us to create our own signature drinks, which was a lot of fun. My husband crafted an Old Fashioned with a candied bacon garnish, and I went for a Prickly Pear Margarita—they were both phenomenal! As a lovely end to the night, Emily's provided chocolate chip cookies with milk as guest favors. Cheryl allowed me to print my own stickers, which she added to the bags, providing a nice personal touch. I also have to mention the stunning table settings, complete with blue napkins and drinking glasses that Rick and Cheryl sourced to perfectly match my vision. It sounds cliché, but our guests couldn't stop raving about every detail—the bartenders, the food, the service. I would give them 17,338,284 out of 10 stars. We are so incredibly grateful! I had the pleasure of dining at Emily's for my family's Thanksgiving dinner, and everything was perfect. The turkey was delicious and tender, and the stuffing was a big hit with everyone. I highly recommend it!

I have counted on Emily's for catering multiple social events over the years. The servers and bartenders are exceptional, and the menus are both innovative and fresh. Rick, the owner, is creative and welcomes new ideas, even when they are quite challenging!

I can't express how incredibly impressed I am! They catered our wedding this past August, and they really know how to impress a crowd. Many of our guests came up to us throughout the evening, raving about how delicious the food was. They went above and beyond with all the little details, managing everything flawlessly! Their attentiveness to both us and our guests during the entire reception was exceptional. We absolutely made the right choice by selecting them!

When I found myself short on an ingredient for my signature cocktail, a staff member from Emily’s quickly went out to fetch more! I also requested that my dinner be packed up, and they kindly provided me with two generous servings, which my new husband and I enjoyed the following day. I was truly impressed by how organized everything was; I didn’t notice a single misplaced fork or any messes. Every request I made was promptly fulfilled, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Emily’s also allowed me to pick up my linens the day before the wedding, which made setup for my coordinator much easier. They offered a variety of plate settings and colored glasses, which added an elegant touch to the decor. I honestly can’t say enough positive things about Emily’s Catering Group. I truly believe that our wedding day in October 2023 was a tremendous success because we chose such an exceptional caterer.
