Pizza Hut - Bristol

I was working down the street on state st. I called talk to someone put a order in said 15 min. The person gave me a total of x amount. Once I got there the order never was put in. The person I talk to sound aggravated one the whole time aswell. re ordered food was good. but service step your game up it work for a reason.

Awful customer service. They act like you are putting them out. Fling the cold pizza at you and act disgruntled. Stay away, so many better small businesses!

Awful customer service. Rude Rude RUDE! They treat customers like they are an inconvenience and inferior. To top it off food was cold! If I could give a negative number I would. I've had more than one experience like this here. I was hoping it was a fluke. Seems to be the norm.

Some things here are okay some aren't. I feel like their pricing is too high and their delivery and fees make me not order from this place.

As far as pizza places go in Bristol, this is absolutely the WORST. You can't order on the app, and good luck getting someone to actually talk to you after they put you on hold. All I wanted was the Detroit pizza and stuffed crust pizza and after this crummy experience, we will stick with our local usuals. I'm shocked this store is still in business we've ordered before and have never had great service..... I JUST wanted Detroit style pizza. *sigh*
