Pizza Hut - Bristol

I usually hesitate to leave negative reviews, but this experience was unbelievable. We placed our order on their website for curbside pickup, and when we arrived, we parked and followed the instructions in the email. Unfortunately, no one came to our car with our pizza, and there was no response when we tried calling. After waiting a while, we decided to leave and filed a chargeback with our credit card company. This was the worst service I've ever encountered.

This was my first time ordering a gluten-free pizza, and I requested a large pepperoni with onions and green peppers. When I went to pick it up, I was informed that they only offer one size, which was 9 inches. Unfortunately, the crust was almost burnt, leaving only about 8 inches of edible pizza. The price was $17.00.

We called to order, we were hung up on 3 times. Then when we got to place and order from the same person he did not apologize. Went to pick up order at drive through she said they were slammed and short handed. We told her what had happened, no apologies. We were nice and said thank you 3 times and she ignored us. Never going to the Park way in Bristol again. Also food looked terrible.

Ordered ahead, pizzas hot and ready. Pizzas were delicious. Crust perfect. Toppings plentiful.

This location has always been my favorite , NO MORE ! I will drive across town to Gate City hwy location. Worst experience ever, called order in, was told 15 mins , try 45 mins then could not find order, was still in oven and it was overcooked ! Guy that took order would not give me time to tell him what I wanted on the pizza or type of crust, I had to interrupt him to tell him...BYE BYE PARKWAY
