Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Bristol

Oh my gosh, the food was so disappointing. I ordered two chicken sandwiches, which I've had at another location before, but these were incredibly greasy and the chicken was rubbery, suggesting they were probably frozen before being cooked. It was definitely a waste of my money. My child and I both ended up throwing our meals away. She even said she never wants to go to another Popeyes again; this location completely turned her off.

This was the worst food I've ever had at a Popeyes. The fries were dry and stale, and the sandwich had a hard roll that clearly had been sitting out for too long. Overall, the food was really disappointing.

The staff really needs to be replaced with individuals who take their jobs seriously. The doors are often locked for no apparent reason, which is quite frustrating. Every time I visit, I encounter some sort of problem. Overall, the quality of this restaurant is disappointing.

Place was an absolute wreck the minute we walked in. No staff in sight and the menus must be wrong because they had nothing we asked for!

First off my son worked here,they are very unprofessional yelling at him while training him on the register. Asking him to stay late and being told he will not be paid. The manager here is very unprofessional. I went there to speak with her and she stayed on the phone for 20 minutes. She has a very bad attitude. I spoke with the owner and he not only approved bullying but justified all his coworkers actions. This is for anyone who thinks they want to work here. The atmosphere is toxic and you can do better. Very disappointing business, their doors should be closed for good. We are a community,how many of you have gotten cold food or something else wrong with your order. Let's come together and put a review on everything this place does wrong. We Pay We deserve excellent customer service and all orders should be done correct the first time. Let's close these doors!
