Sofia's Pizzeria - Bristol

The delivery was incredibly fast, accurate, and efficient. The Fried Dough was excellent, but unfortunately, the pizza fell short—it just wasn't good at all. For $35, which included the Fried Dough and half of a one-topping pizza, I expected more. I’m afraid I won’t be ordering again unless the pizza improves significantly.

Instead of processing my refund, she decided to make another pizza and went over to my neighbor's house herself. I'm not sure how that helps me get a refund, but here's the problem: I live on the 2nd floor, and the delivery driver claimed to have delivered it to the 1st floor to a man with long hair. That should be all the evidence you need! To make matters worse, I later found out that the delivery driver actually pushed the door down, and when he opened it, it was this man with long hair who was confused. The delivery driver assumed that since he was there, it must be his pizza, so he just handed it to him without confirming anything. Why is that my fault? You had my number; why didn’t you just call me? I will NOT order from here again. Seriously, stay away!

I ordered a LARGE Pizza extra cheese to be delivered. When i opened the pizza, the cheese was off the pizza. I called and complained, and they did nothing. They said the driver probably rushed to my house. Might as well just ignore this place. There service is terrible. As another note This review was based on my first experience. My second experience, I did a pick up. Not only was there place of business very unsanitary, but customer service is just not there! They still managed to screw up a simple large cheese pizza but putting sausage on it? Wow so bad!

This was my first order from this restaurant, and I got the garlic knots. They were piping hot, freshly made, and absolutely delicious! Thank you!

I wanted to try a new place today and I'm really disappointed. The pizza is not good. Period. The crust had a small taste and it was overly loaded with cheese to the extent that it was only casual and rough. Definitely not order from Sophias again
