The selection of bottled beers was decent. The food was enjoyable, particularly the Kobe Burger with bacon jam and crispy, well-seasoned sweet potatoes. My girlfriend didn't remember what she had, but mentioned that she didn't feel the need to return. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience for a hotel pub. We only realized it was in a hotel once we were already there, but our hunger kept us there. Personally, I don't feel the need to dine there again.
The dining experience was not good. The food was of poor quality and the air conditioning was very noisy. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I will not be returning.
Had to ask the Bar tender after waiting by the hostess stand if it was “sit ourselves” we were busting standing around with about 2 families and a couple. The drinks were good but the food was absolutely low tier, spent about 80$ on sub par after-hour room service quality food. We ordered the calamari for an App which was microwaved at best and half of it was so soggy for being so called “fried”, I was excited to see that they had Steak wraps , but that balloon popped when it arrived; the meat was still raw I asked for Med-Rare yet I couldn’t even rip the Steak when I bit it so I tried using a fork and knife and still to no avail, ended up taking a L on the steak Wrap and having half of my friends pulled pork which at least had warmth to it in like my steak Wrap whose veggies in it were scarce and wet with little to no flavor, it did come with Sweet potato fries but they’re still wasting away in the fridge, the SW Egg rolls were the only part of this meal that was enjoyable though little to no prep goes into them. Danielle was great though! that’s what really got stars #2,3 for the overall rating. I don’t suggest anyone other than people who like throwing money away or possibly if u wanna pay for over priced pizza spend an evening here dinning.
The service was impeccable, friendly, professional and helpful. Nancy went out of her way to make sure we had an enjoyable meal. My husband has a problem sitting for long periods of time in most restaurants. These seats are soooo very comfortable he was able to sit for almost 2 hours. The teenagers had no problem finding something they liked. A great brunch and we really all enjoyed everything. I love going to the Willows.
We stumbled upon a hidden gem when looking for a family-friendly dining spot for our city relatives near our home. After reading about Time Out, we decided to give it a try and were not disappointed! The restaurant has a upscale atmosphere and the food was incredible. Even our picky 12 and 13-year-old children were satisfied with the menu options. We ordered the appetizer platter which was perfect for sharing and delicious, featuring a variety of cheeses, meats, fruits, and chutneys. The Ahi Tuna appetizer was a highlight, with melt-in-your-mouth tuna and seaweed salad over avocado. The children enjoyed pepperoni pizza and a generous serving of creamy New England Clam Chowder. Our server, Laura, was friendly and knowledgeable, recommending the chicken parm which was a hit with all of us. The drinks were good, although my Martini was a bit salty due to the wormwood they used. They graciously replaced it with a new one. Time Out is located at the Hilton Doubletree off Middle Street in Bristol, across from ESPN Street. Don't miss out on this fantastic restaurant!
