Pal's Sudden Service - Bristol

I have a big family and order a lot of burgers. It has been extremely frustrated to get home and find that my burgers are heavily covered in mayo and not mustard. The cashier is correctly taking the order but it is not made correctly. Please address this issue because my last 3 visits my burgers have been made incorrectly. This establishment is drive thru only and it is not convenient to get this corrected once you pull away from the window.

Been going to Pal's for years. This has been the third order in a row that they have gotten wrong. Stop loading my burger with mayo when I ask for mustard.

Always fresh and delicious no matter how busy. I have to give credit where its deserved so shout to Pals for also never getting my orders wrong.

Worked there served food that was not temped correct and ac went out expected to work in 95 plus degree heat in the window in the sun ...I really thought pals cared about there employees owner never ever there and when he is it's very briefly...I won't go to my local pals but will go to others but I will insure their cooler they keep produce to make sandwiches on is operating ...there is no way u can keep produce to temp in 95 degree heat peroid ...not gonna chance e coli or anything else hopefully new owner has fixed the issue and not done a band aid fix ...

Great place other than not having a place to sit down and eat either dining room or outside sitting area
