Tonight 's offering was terrible, I 'm reluctant to use the word 'disgusting ' but hugely undercooked Onion Bhajis which were inedible. Raw naan bread, rice massively overcooked (and clumped) mains swimming in oil. Awful, truly awful....such a shame from our normal takeaway. Won 't take the chance again.
I recently tried this restaurant for the first time after seeing it highly rated on Just Eat. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the meal. The garlic rice lacked flavor, the chicken masala was bland, and the keema naan tasted strange and not fresh. The only thing I enjoyed was the tandoori chicken starter. The delivery person was friendly, but for the price of £23, I could have made a much better meal using a Pataks paste from the store. I definitely will not be ordering from here again.
First time of used curry raj... as it was recommended to me by a couple of different people.. I must admit due to some of the reviews I was a little hesitant, however it was really really good I highly recommend it I had chicken vindaloo pilau rice and onion bahjees all superb. All ordered and delivered within 40 mins.
This was potentially the worst curry experience I've ever had. And that's saying something, considering I once got food poisoning in India. We only sampled two items before throwing the entire order in the trash. The onion bhaji was overcooked and undercooked at the same time, swimming in grease. When I switched to the lamb dhansak, I discovered a human hair in the first bite. At that point, we decided to discard everything from the 6/7 item order. The restaurant offered to make another dish, but I couldn't bring myself to eat anything else from their kitchen.
Not only was the order late but the salad was missing the restaurant offered £3.00 off next order first time using will not be ordering again from here and certainly not recommend to anyone
