Contribuisci feedbackOff on an early flight…checked in…meet friends in Frankie and bennys…coffee and pastries…ran out of pastries…but Lataya was on it…up sold me muffins and eggs/bacon…then out she had only in working there 2x weeks….I’m in the trade…she should be very proud of herself….lataya…keep at it…you’ll get a pay rise! Nice staff, dirty menus and table. Food inedible. Egg whites raw, “avocado” seems to be some mush out of a jar ? and the salmon is not nice. I paid on the app and I’m on holiday or about to be so I didn’t make a fuss, just went and got a croissant from the takeaway. £15 down the drain.
Visited the F&B at Bristol airport on 9th September where the entire restaurant was managed by one person, a male. He was great in how he was able to accommodate everyone as best as possible however it was clear he was extremely stretched, unable to provide a quality of service with no check backs, refills etc... There were a few items not on the menu which was frustrating. Surely in an airport you would have organised more staff?
The staff were busy but very attentive, that was a good experience. The food was tasty but expensive, that understood to be expected in an airport unfortunately. I ordered a hamburger with cheese with sweet potato fries and that’s what I got although small and looked lonely on the plate. I’d look for somewhere else next time preferably before getting to the airport!
We were hosted by Henry… a go getting young man who will go far. Faultless hospitality skills- I wish we could employ him in our hotels! Thank you for being efficient, interesting and spot on!
