Grosvenor Casino Bristol

Used to love coming here. Not so much now: nothing to do with service from bar staff, mores the fact, not for the first time we’ve been here: that you can never get to play the machines as the same people sit at the machines, playing two at a time or putting a reserved sign on a machine whilst they wait for their friends to turn up. Arrived at 10.20 pm and same old situation. Saw one machine with the reserved sign on. The people sat at the machines finally took it off at 11.20 pm when a family member turned up. It’s not the biggest of casinos and has the least amount of machines of any of the casinos we go to. Will take my custom to the Rainbow Casino over the road instead from now on.

The steak was tufted and over priced. Staff was rude the guy with the bald hair. We tried to be friendly I told my friend that he seem friendly but he’s not very in the mood. look is but seem ok but I don’t like the ways he talk and his personality. but the way he looked at me at first I just ignored but when he served the food and we tried to make conversation and he asked me are you tran and he said he not in to that. Excuse me I’m not in to you but the way we try to make him relax and provide his service better. But you know. I won’t be back. Bad experience.

This was my first time visiting a casino, and it will definitely be my last time at this particular chain. The staff were very unwelcoming and rude, with the exception of the lady who checked our driving licenses before allowing us into the building. I only stayed for about half an hour before deciding to leave because of the staff's attitude. I would not recommend this place for first-time visitors.

I recently took my daughter out for her 20th birthday and had a great experience at this restaurant. The interior has been recently redecorated and the booth seats were particularly comfortable. The food was delicious and the beer selection was top notch. The staff were all attentive and provided excellent service throughout our meal.

This casino is by far the friendliest we have ever visited all the staff are great nothing is ever too much trouble. The food in the restaurant is fabulous we highly recommend the hake with new potatoes and spinach with a butter sauce delicious. Everyone loves a promotion and they do plenty of them here from slots and tables to food and drink, cocktails are 2 for £12 the long island's are amazing. Great variety of slots and tables. Definitely worth a visit.
