Grounded - Bristol, City of

Visited on a Sunday at 1pm, nice atmosphere but let down by many aspects: 1. Drinks viewed menu chose 6 o’clock gin with a fever tree tonic no 6 o’clock gin or fever tree tonic! 2. Ordered Poached eggs on English muffins no muffins so told it would come with toast, when it eventually arrived the bread had hardly seen the toaster 3. Ordered at the same time as our friends but paid separately, our friends food arrived but ours was no where to been seen. Friends finished eating before our food arrived 4. Visited the ladies door wouldn’t lock, dirty loo roll on the seat, very dirty hand drier didn’t work Sadly very disappointing!

Amazing place with great service! The new manager treated us so well and the food was delicious. Would recommend

This restaurant is fantastic. The new manager is incredibly kind and welcoming. The atmosphere is lovely and the music selection is excellent.

We waited over 50 minutes for our food to come and then it was luke warm. I complained to the waiter but he just informed me that it was his first shift.

Lovely food nice atmosphere and very nice friendly staff always happy to see us in particular the young lady at the counter is an asset that should not be overlooked
