I made a reservation through Just Eat. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times, but the call kept getting disconnected. Unfortunately, the food never arrived. They took our money and did not deliver the food. The customer service was poor and the overall experience was horrific. I would not recommend this restaurant.
The food at this restaurant is delicious and offers a wide variety of appetizers. The dishes are flavorful and not overly greasy, and the satay sauce is particularly amazing.
We live locally and were initally dubious about getting a new local chinese restaurant. We were very pleasantly surpised with the outstanding standard of service. They are happy to adjust any fresh made food, as someone who doesnt eat animal products, Luc’s is very accomodating, and friendly in every visit. Great food, always consistent. Don’t take little places like this for granted because they work hard.
I hardly ever review, But I feel I must review this Chinese. Maybe I caught them on a bad night ? The “Pan” fried noodle dish. Half the noodles were still raw. The onions seemed like they were soaked in water, Awful dish. The Chow Mein were very dry with very little taste. Yes I know they were supposed to be somewhat dry but not that dry. Curry dish was just ok, (just edible) Prawns were rock hard. One the the worst Chinese Take Away’s I’ve ever had.
