Roosters Piri Piri Bristol

Very nice food and also clean inside. The staff were very friendly and polite. I would definitely visit again.

I did like the noddles but I paid too much for what I was getting. Also I would describe it as a little bit poor since the vegetables that are supposed to be coming with the noodles as standard are almost nowhere to be seen! I had to add too many extras for the food to be complete and enough for dinner.

I visited this restaurant a long time ago, but I recently passed by and noticed it was closed, so I felt compelled to write a review. Last year, my friends and I were hungry and stumbled upon Roosters. Initially, I thought it was just another overpriced chicken shop, but the place was clean. Nandos was nearby, but I wasn't a fan, so we decided to give Roosters a try. The menu was a bit confusing with three sections to choose from, each with different prices. We placed our order, unsure if we were overcharged or not. We sat down, but there was no phone reception, so we moved to a different spot. The same issue occurred in the new booth, so we eventually settled near the front of the restaurant. When the food arrived, it looked fancy and tasted delicious! The portions could have been bigger, but that might just be because I'm a bit greedy. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and it's a shame that the restaurant is now closed.

Right from the off piri piri didn't stand a chance up against its main contender... nandos. it looks clean and fresh inside if not slightly sterile and doesn't give the right environment to enjoy food properly. the food is nice but just not a nandos. visit here if you are ok paying nandos prices for what is not nandos food.

Have eaten in and gotten take away from here several times now and can honestly say have never been dissapointed. The food is fresh, healthy and so so tasty. Also the value is excellent. The fact they deliver is a masisve bonus and honestly you wont be dissapointed. Forget nandos this is the chicken place to eat from !
