Seeb - Bristol, City of

My son and I go to Seeb every week for our ice cream treat. They offer creamy, high-quality ice cream in a variety of flavors in a cozy cafe setting. In addition to ice cream, they also serve delicious cakes, panini sandwiches, and milkshakes. There are a variety of toppings and cones to choose from, and they are currently giving away a free animal mask for kids with each ice cream purchase. The lemon white chocolate honeycomb flavor is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend Seeb for customers of all ages.

This cafe appeared to be great at first glance, but our experience was mixed. We came in as a family of 4 just for ice cream, and my husband also had a coffee. He is quite particular about his coffee and said it was okay. The ice cream we tried was delicious and there was a good variety to choose from. It was a quiet weekday afternoon with not many people around. However, the staff did not seem very friendly. They were a bit impatient when we were choosing our ice cream flavors and I was only allowed to sample one for my son. It was awkward trying to get money out of my wallet while holding onto the ice cream. The staff didn't seem to understand my difficulty and just handed me the ice cream without a smile. The tables were a bit dirty with dried out ice cream from previous customers and the staff did not seem to be concerned about cleanliness or customer service. Overall, we were not impressed with our experience at this cafe.

I went to this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon. The service was very friendly and kind. Although the ice cream looked tempting, I was too cold to indulge. Instead, I ordered a good quality and reasonably priced coffee. The decor was modern and funky, and the music was cool jazz. I really enjoyed my experience here and will definitely be returning.

Excellent place, good coffee as well as ice-cream. Lovely smoothies. 4 stars instead of 5 because the service can be a little slow at times.

Excellent ice cream all made from Guernsey milk and it shows. Rich velvety ice cream, very impressive. Other OH had the Nutella waffle which was pretty amazing large portion which I got to help her finish as very big for one person. Other friend had Victoria sponge and tea. The sponge was the only let down dry and tired. They could do with working on the display although it was a Sunday and likely they were running out of stuff. Overall wonderful ice cream and that is the main draw to this welcome addition to the G road.
