Contribuisci feedbackTerrible. ordered a takeaway to eat and rank to confirm the time of ordering. the food had not occurred and when they announced they had no knowledge of it. the reaction to the complaint was bad. never again.
I placed an order online through their website with a promised 1-hour delivery time. However, shortly after receiving an email confirmation, there was a 20-minute delay. After waiting for a total of 1 hour and 40 minutes, I decided to cancel the order and request a refund since it had not arrived. Eventually, I found the order was "lost" and later discovered that it had been suspended. When I called for a refund, I was told that a third-party company was responsible for processing refunds and the restaurant had no control over how long it would take. In the end, 2 1/2 hours after placing the order, there was still no refund and my family was left without dinner. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
I have never had a bad meal from this restaurant. The dishes may be served a little later, but they are always hot. The quality of the food is what truly matters to me! The mixed tapas is amazing and I always order that along with their curry sauce and a few other items like pancake rolls. This restaurant serves the best Chinese food in Bristol. ❤️
From this place 2/3 times before had no problem, food quality was good! my latest experience was just a snag! the boss/driver was very rude, paid £33 for some foods that do not have a satisfactory standard to ask for them. to repair the order! a dame had agreed to send the food and gather old food! then they get half an hour later about 10 o'clock from the boss/driver very rude and confrontatiw say that we lie to get free eating! when the food itself was terrible! he came and took the food, but our food never came! and no refund! 100% not recommended for everyone here to go
My family has been ordering from this restaurant for the past 13 years, but unfortunately, the quality has significantly declined in recent years. Despite our disappointment each time we order, we keep going back out of nostalgia, only to be let down again. Our last order was delivered over 2 hours late, with stale chips and missing rice. When we called to complain, the customer service was terrible. The person accused us of lying about the chips and threatened to sue us for slander. We did eventually receive a replacement delivery, but the attitude on the phone was so bad that we suspect they may have tampered with the food. They even asked for the stale chips back. It seems that my family is finally done with this awful restaurant.
