Domino's Pizza - Brittons Neck

Ordered a pizza to be delivered. And when my order showed up 1 hr 35 min later. The entire order was COLD!Edit: Thought I would try my luck. Pizza sat in quality check for over 20 minutes. And a lukewarm pizza.

It was cheap and easy. The worker were pretty quick, and were nice. ?

Belated review!!!Store manager Amber Cassels went above and beyond to make my order. I arrived at the store while closing. Mind you she is the only one there! She was able to make me a few pizzas even though she was already closing. Amber I thank and appreciate you for you hard work! Hopefully corporate sees this and appreciate what a great person you are and what you do for the franchise.

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The manager at this location was entirely unprofessional and extremely rude. When I inquired about where my refund was because my order was canceled tue night before, after my money was taken, I was told that I would recieve it in 7 business days. I then asked why no on answered the phone and why there wasn't at the very least a VM message explaining that there was a staffing issue so that people knew not to put an order through, she continued yelling over me talking and would not answer any of my questions. When I made a comment about her lack of professionalism as a manager, she informed me that her supervisor had given her permission to say and do whatever she wanted. I have always ordered from this location and I have always had amazing customer service, but as of now, this one incident and one employee has completely turned me off to dominos. If this is the best they can do when it comes to hiring or even worse, promoting to management, I can't see, at least this location, doing well for long.

Look you know what you are getting here. People (including myself) like the ma and pa type pizza joints a lot... I do too. BUT I know what I am getting with Dominos and frankly sometimes I want DOMINOS. The service here is pretty good. When I place my order via app it is made right. When I have to call I get a good response. They bring the order to the car each time without waiting around for a tip (which is appreciated). The location appears clean but again I haven't ever been inside. The exterior is clean and what can be seen from the parking lot. It can be busy but I haven't ever NOT found a spot. I don't have it delivered because I like my pizza hot. They ALWAYS have specials. I love their thin crust and I pile it up with toppings and they are good with it and they cook it properly. With the specials it really isn't much to feed a family here. Just watch for the specials. I love pepperoni but I also love italian sausage, and mushrooms, and bell peppers, and onions, and black olives... and.... well pizza! Guess I am a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle myself.
