Healthy Panda - Brittons Neck

Just passing by and noticed this spot. It is worth to give a try, everything is just as good as I expected. The owner is really kind not only to her customers, but also to other people in the area . although she ain't fluent in English ,but she is trying her best to communicate with people.

I now eat cucumbers because of this place…in their homemade sauce, of course: It’s so refreshing to have healthy alternatives back at Gresham Food Carts! Some days I just want a fresh salad, and this place gives me that option! All the food I’ve had from here has been so fresh and delicious, and Ping, who owns and does everything at the cart, is so incredibly kind! She gave me a bottle of water today while I waited (not long for my meal because it was in the 90s outside. The chicken and rice is my fave so far, but you should also try the homemade dumplings!

Was told the wait time would be 15 mins, ended up waiting over 40 minutes for our food. There’s no good shade to wait in so we were in the sun mostly. Once we got the food, we could hardly stomach it. Felt sick after eating the pork. 0/5. Would not recommend. So many better options in the food cart area.
