The woman at the counter was very friendly and kind, there was a family event going on in the store so lots of laughter and vibes and the food was delicious. If anyone is curious, I’d consider similar to adobo in taste. I’ve come here before but it was time I gave them a huge
I ordered Bicol express, dinuguan, sisig and pancit bihon for the price it’s ok, but for the amount of food I think it’s not worth it for the prices and too salty. We called and complained about the food and they just say sorry about that… no more Kuya’s for
Oh yah if you like general pacific islander food this place is solid. The menu is a smattering of the classics of Hawaiian and Fijian Asian fusion type comfort food. It is the best I have found anywhere near here. The only reason I don't eat here more often is simply that comfort food is unfortunately for the human heart strictly a sometimes food. But if you are in need of comfort they have it in reckless abandon.
Food was fire. My Filipino mom approved too haha. A bit expensive but it’s good food.Mac salad is good, but made to the Filipino taste (a bit sweeter than Hawaiian version).Price was misleading because they charge extra for using a credit card— I didn’t see any signs saying so. I only found out I’d be charged more after I finished ordering.
Loco moco fried chicken wings side and coke asked for black pepper receives cold shoulder and no refils
