Quality tasty products, at great prices. 5 stars, highly recommended restaurant! Happy to be back there..

Clean and modern interior will surprise you guessing from the outside...you just dont expect that kind of restaurant here : The food was delicious, i had a burger and a friend of mine had líčka that was just sublime : They had more beers that I could try so I have to go again : but the Breznak and Beskydky lager were superb. Highly recomended.

First time here after the change from Avia to Sborovna. I have to say I like what was done with the interior, I did not like the place much before and now it's much better. Now Sborovna has a hamburger weekend, which means I'd expect nothing less than perfectly cooked burgers. Unfortunately not the case today. While there was nothing that wrong that would make me to return the meal, I'd suggest several improvements for consideration. Fries were served almost cold, point down. Burger was delivered well done, to my taste it was basically murdered meat. Dry as mummy. I wouldn't mind if we were asked how we want it done. From my perspective the medium is the best for burgers, the cow died a useless death. On the positive side, I really liked the bun. And coleslaw was light and tasty, too.

This was my first visit to Sborovna and it was a 5 star dining experience.Food was beautiful and of very high quality.Staff were friendly and atmosphere was great.I will definitely be back.Thank you for a great evening.

Flavours and atmosphere are bang-on spot! Italy and the Czech Republic live in harmony in the kitchen of Sborovna with their excellent service and a beer list that goes on and on and on... 'A must see ' or better yet 'a must eat, drink and be happy there ' place in Brno. Congrats to the owners!!!!
