Barubaru Coffee&beer - Brno

My boyfriend had beer which was pretty good and I had flat white but it was mehh. I gave 5 stars for the board games and speakeasy vibes. I think they could change the milk, maybe don't use full-cream and use a smaller cup for a flat white so the coffee tastes stronger

Such a dream café in the yard, or not from the main street to see, but I was pleasantly surprised by a nice service and an interesting offer of desserts to the duck. They are also involved in Dejkafe, so I visited it. A little bit of me was the open space with the rest of the dining room. Unfortunately, the seating near the walls in comfortable chairs was already occupied. However, the French glider with salted caramel can only be recommended.

Tasty coffee, great lemonade, awesome cakes very kind staff. If you are planning to visit Brno, Barubaru is a must to see place

This place lacks some advertisement. It's not so far from city center, but still not so visible. Even though I think it's worth of visiting. The interior has interesting elements. I likes the tables that were made out of old sewing machines. There was also some old style couch and a table. I had a feeling like I'm in someone's living room. The shell next to the wall has board games that are free for taking and playing in the café. The prices are very reasonable and the portions of the drinks are huge. I had green tea, which turned to be drink served in half a liter jar. I ended up asking the staff to pack the remaining tea into paper cup to take it away. One disadvantage there is no AC or ventilation at the place and the air was quite heavy. Me and my friend solved it by opening the window. Good that there was fresh cold air outside as it rained shortly before we got to the place. The waitress was very nice. It's possible to pay with a card. In general, I liked the atmosphere, offer and approach of staff. I think is will be one of my favorite places in Brno for coffee.
