The food was just soso but full 5 starts for the service especially for our waiter Mr. Zheng.Our waiter. He was being super nice, friendly, kind and patient from start to finish. We will come back because of his service.

Just had an BBQ Dinner with my family of 7 and all waiters were truly amazing and respectful towards us, especially waiter Zheng, who kept us talking and entertained with his stories and questions. All the amazing BBQ food he served us were well cooked and prepared. The style of presentation of the food were amazing. This location of 99 Favor Taste is amazing. I really recommend this barbecue/hotpot location! I would give it 6 stars if I could!

Food served by Waiter Zheng was in excellent condition and tasted excellent!!! He has an amazing personality and is always kid-friendly around kids! Y’all should ask for Zheng to be your waiter!Kid-friendliness: The waiters that served the food were amazing! Always respected us and apologized for any misconceptions!

Saturday night out with our family of ten. Very empty restaurant, we were the only table when we sat down at around 6:15pm. We all ordered the hot pot, food came out quick, dish refills were quick (though refills were annoyingly limited to 2 at a time). Not the cleanliness of restaurants. The benches and chairs were sticky. For a Hot pot restaurant, dishes were limited compared to other hot pot joints. Hot pot soup bases weren't that great. Still, not a bad deal at $29 per person for all you can eat in.Dietary restrictions: It's a hot pot joint. You can choose the types of dishes you like.

I came here with my friends for dinner today, and I would rate my overall experience a 10/10. The food was great, the service by the waiter Erica was great, the drinks were great. It's a great place to eat and hangout with your friends or family.
