Don?t come here if you?re a college student you won?t be able to afford it. Overallthe appetizer (tuna tartare not pictured) and dessert was mediocre. The chips with the tartare literally taste like nothing andare there for show and the tuna itself is bland. Lobster pasta was good but was expecting much better.
Great selection of fish and seafood. The raw bar platter is huge and fresh and a great value to share as a starter with some friends. The fish we ordered was so succulent and just perfectly cooked. It cut like butter and was melt in your mouthdelicious. Great selection of wines too, and the bread and olives to start was on point.
They really stepped up the out door eating place. So classic and just beautiful. Even in the winter these outdoor eating areas are going to be warm and inviting. They go all the way down the street. So even in New York where getting a table is usuallyhard I believe they just may have it under control. Check it out and enjoy
Solid Mediterranean option liked the vibe and the service was pretty good. Their lunch pre fix menu is a great option at about $35 including appetizer main course and desert. The rigatoni and the branzino were good but the grilled calamari disappointed(not too flavorful and kinda rubbish)?
August visit and just as amazing as a few months ago! George fromCyprus was EXCELLENT We had an excellent meal here! The service was not the best nor what I would have expected for this type of restaurant but in the end everything worked out. We ordered thefish soup, Greek salad, tuna steak and Chilean sea bass, and a bottle of wine. Everything had quintessential flavors that wereunique and unlike other restaurants. The bread was outstanding! Crispy crust but light airy on the inside. The olives wereamazing and the hummus was light and delicious. Excellent flavor in the tomatoes and feta. My challenge came with George ourserver. I wanted the sea bass without the sauce and it came with the sauce on everything. I requested that it not have sauce andhe brought the same dish back deconstructed. He just took the former food and put it in a separate plate but it still had thesauce on it. He had an awful attitude and was not very friendly. He made us feel like we were a total annoyance. I asked for itto be cooked without sauce and I saw him in the kitchen waving his armed and not happy explaining what I wanted. In the end whatwas delivered was awesome and so delicious they should really add it to the menu! Grilled Chilean sea bass with lemon and oliveoil. Excellent !!
