Baskin-robbins - Broad Channel

The worst Dunkin Donuts ever. They spent over 10 mins per customer and only worked on 1 order at a time. It was not the usual quick Dunkin trip as I normally do with other locations. Not coming back

My two sons and i went to this store on Oct 7, 8, 9 and 10, 2017!!!!!!! We all counted the cakes!!! There were only7 cakes in the store!!!!! I just moved nearby a month ago n Oct 9 th was my son s birthday!!! Imagine i cannot buy his favorite cake at all. What is happening to the store. I want a reply on this. Is this store owned by Indian? Baskin robbin was not like this long time ago. I hope the Indian franchise will nit ruin the Baskin robbins image

Don't get there ice cream. They selling expired ice cream

Very busy drive thru customers favored over walk ins so there is a long line inside with only one person to deal with donuts and ice cream. On the good side they regularly have free samples such as yesterday they had free mini size iced caramel mocha latee s but it didnt help the fact that we waited 25 min to order our ice cream. The drive thru is fast and easy. Also they recently renovated the bathroom you just need to borrow the gas station style huge keyring from the cashier.

The hours on the door say 11pm I got there 1030 and couldn't get to get inside so the kids could pick their ice cream I was very disappointed
