Bean House - Broad Channel

Used to like this place alot but they got a new card machine that makes it tip mandatory. You cannot go to the next step unless you select a tip then they make it seem like your card is the issue. Unpleasant experience to say the least.

It's a really nice looking place, very cozy. Got a cappuccino and it was tasty! The problem came with the cream puffs, which were SOUR. Luckily, the worker gave us a refund for that.Dietary restrictions: They have non dairy milk options!

Bean House is easily one of the best cafes in this area. I hope they expand because whenever I am here, it’s always packed! The coffee is delicious, I think I’ve tried 6 different variations now and they’re all amazing. The ambiance is cozy and I love their baked goods in the front. Smoothies are also really good and their honey toast is a nice treat. Highly recommend

This store is very clean and the service is good. And best of all, the coffee tastes very good.
