Belly - Broad Channel

The staff were all super nice and very welcoming, but the service was soooooo slow. It's a busy place so to some degree that's just the nature of things, but the meal took 2 hours, which is a reallllly long time to sit on a stool if all you're really looking for is dinner. I would recommend this place more for people who are more focused on drinking and hanging out for a while versus having dinner.

It was a nice experience, we would definitely go again. Only thing we wish we would have known is there isn't really a dinner menu. They have oysters and a few small dishes/apps. Had a great time!

Bar Belly is a cozy venue with good drinks and small plates to share amongst a group of friends. However, there were several down sides. The service overall was just atrocious, waited almost half an hour just to get a menu. We then had to flag down the waitress every time we wanted to order another drink. Their happy hour specials were also very deceiving I had confirmed their cocktail specials over the phone during my reservation confirmation, however were told to pay full prices upon arrival. ALSO, tip was already included in out bill, but the server did not mention this to us even once so we paid double the tip we would have. Very sketchy.

Service is spotty. They brought the oysters after the main dish, with a lame excuse. Happy hour choices a bit too curated. Main dish prices a bit high. But go for the oysters and happy hour wine at the bar and enjoy the classic music; then skip somewhere else for the main fish.

I only went for drinks and they were on point! Great ambiance for drinks.
