Charles Pan-fried Chicken

Best Fried chicken in the area. The ribs are better than any bbq place. I met the Chef and he was very pleasant. My only complaint is I can't eat there often because of my diet lol. If I could I would eat here 3 to 4 times a month.

First time going there Trina helped me out and hooked me up! They let you sample the sides and she got me onto the Mac n cheese with the yams juice. So good! OMG! She was helpful, warm, friendly, and respectful. Will definitely be back!

This place is truly a hidden gem ! The food was a 10/10. My fried chicken was hot and fresh . I ordered mac and cheese, greens and sweet potatoes! But the star of the show was the sweet tea! If you are ever in Harlem, please visit this place, you will not be disappointed!
