Domino's Pizza - Broad Channel

I ordered a Medium 12 Hand Tossed Pizza for $7.64, Garlic Dipping Cup for $0.75, 32-Piece Parmesan Bread Bites for $6.99, and Cinnamon Bread Twists with icing for $6.99. Unfortunately, the food arrived cold and was missing the icing and garlic dip that I had paid for. When I called to inform them, I spoke with a woman with an Indian accent who said she would place a new order for me. However, nothing was delivered. Upon calling back, another Indian woman with limited English skills informed me to call back after 6. After several unsuccessful attempts to contact them, I requested to speak with a manager. Despite being told the manager was on their way, I was unable to get any resolution. The lack of customer service and communication was extremely frustrating. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

I placed an online takeout order from this restaurant and had a positive experience! The employees were efficient and the food was delicious.
