Dunkin' - Broad Channel

This is one of the worst always dirty bathroom is disgusting slower then slow not friendly at all I asked for a croissant I got 1/2 croissant 1/2 English muffin asked for ice coffee she gave me a hot coffee when I said something she had an attitude and went to pot it in a cup of ice instead of making it over the guy making the food just puts the bags on the counter and turns his back you have to guess who’s bag it is horrible place

Omgoodness horrible bathroom is like they never have clean it in the all entire life it so horrible dirty I can believe it is insane

I'm very particular what day/time of day I go, some employees make drinkd perfect, the ratios of flavor to coffee. Or the ratio of matcha to milk; some days/times it tastes like someone's first day without training, the matcha bombs in the milk is wild. I feel like it's not just this location. It's many dunkins.
