You may eat in with a counter to place your food but there are no seats and no tables for seating. This is a place for a quick bite and a word of advice, please know what you want before you order because one particular employee was impatient because I was undecided for several seconds about what I wanted to order and I felt like he … – show
Horrible service. The iced coffee is Terrible! This is one of those items they serve the most, and none of them know how to prepare it! Is either too dark, too light, too sweet, or sour, with milk instead of cream, But never, ever the way you like it! The only thing that is safe to buy are the maybe the pastries and the sandwiches, because it is easy to assemble. If you go here, check your order because it is not even safe to order too many items, because they won't forget to charge you for it, … – show
I always come here and coffee is always great! Definitely recommend. ️
This is the closest DD near me, and it’s by far the worst. I frequent often because of the convenience, but 9 out 10 times they will get my order wrong. If I ask for 1 sugar, they will give me 3. If I ask for liquid sugar in my iced coffee, they will give me regular sugar (which never dissolves in iced coffee).
I frequent DD“s in the city. This particular one located in Hamilton Heights on Broadway and 136 street was decent. I waited longer than usual for a breakfast sandwich. In that time, I witnessed a drug deal take place as did one of the workers. She seemed too scared to alert management. Overall, it's just Dunkin and my beverage and sandwich were satisfying. However, I will walk to the next DD to avoid unsavory characters.
