Dunkin' Donuts - Broad Channel

I would give zero stars if I could. Waited in line at the drive through for about 10 minutes to not get what I ordered. Would have left but with the new building, the lane behind the building is very tight and I didn't want to risk hitting another car. Ordered a frozen coffee and a strawberry frosted donut. Got a frozen coffee with a turbo shot, no donut. How on earth do you mess that up?

Absolutely disgusting! The same lady that was taking money from people and scratching her neck reached in and took donuts off the shelf for us! Didn't use a paper barrier, wash her hands, or change her gloves. Had to throw the donuts in the trash because I couldn't get anyone's attention to find me a manager.

Out of all the neighboring dunkins, this one consistently offers poor service. Staff members are indifferent, in not down right rude, every time I go. Serious retraining needed.

Awful place to work. Run by a scumbag. I have no clue how this man keeps business. And tony, who also works for this guy should be shot.
