Edible Arrangements - Broad Channel

I was reading the reviews but I thought I should give a try and that’s one of the biggest mistake I made. I ordered for my mother’s birthday and I didn’t receive her birthday card with my order. My order literally took all day. It came when they were closed and I tried calling but no answer. They didn’t even call to let me know if they were out of stock. They just offered me a refund for the card. Please don’t make the mistake I made and order from here. Customer services is at 0%. There are other edible arrangements stores nearby that are 100% better.

I picked up the perfect anniversary gift for my wife here recently. I was greeted warmly, and my items were ready and looked amazing. My wife loved them. Thank you for the memorable experience.

Had a few issue but the owner is very respectful and determined to make sure everyone has a great experience!

If I can give them 0 stars I will .. my daughter ordered me something for mothers day and I never received it then the person at store want to have a whole attitude talking about are you sure cause we been getting this a lot .. so if you been getting that a lot maybe you should rethink your delivery service because that’s the problem and bad Customer service maybe this spot should be shut down smdh !!

Order my mom a beautiful set with a balloon card teddy bear that came with cheesecake and strawberries and the God dam strawberries were rotten and they forgot the beat card and balloon and wouldn't return my call at all DON'T ORDER FROM HERE CUSTOMER IS HORRIBLE
