El Nuevo Cafe Latino - Broad Channel

I ordered tres golpes through Grubhub and was really disappointed. They only included one piece of cheese, one egg, and one slice of salami, which felt very skimpy. The portion of mashed plantains was also quite small, and despite specifying that I wanted red onions, they didn't include any. I will definitely not be ordering from here again. I've never encountered such stingy servings for tres golpes before; I usually receive two of each item wherever I order this dish. What a disappointment!

A very cozy place, and the waitress Elsa is incredibly attentive to the customers.

The service was poor. When I called, there was a lot of background noise, and the staff were unhelpful and hardly spoke. It was especially frustrating when I requested to speak with the manager.

It's a great spot to enjoy a good beer and some tasty finger food. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. I recommend bringing cash, but overall, it’s a nice place to unwind and relax.
