Frankie Johnnie's Steakhouse

This was the first time dining in the new location. Other than the change in scenery, it was exactly as we remembered, if not better. Crab Cakes were very good. The New York Strip and the Chilean Sea Bass were exceptional. Mushrooms and onions were cooked perfectly. The Cauliflower was beyond all expectations. The staff was attentive without feeling intrusive. Looking forward to the next visit.

My son and I ate her our first night in NYC. What a quiet, delicious meal we had here. The waiter brought rolls and butter. My son ordered the strip steak and truffle fries. I had the filet mignon. Both steaks were cooked medium and were so well made and easy to cut. The fries were well seasoned and served hot and crisp. The house merlot was excellent and we finished out our meal with crème brûlée. I highly recommend this steakhouse before you head to the theater or the Empire State Building. Reasonably priced and amazing wait staff. Quiet calm atmosphere.

Lamb chops were wonderful. My dinner date said the veal chop was amazing. The wait staff was very attentive. We went after a broadway show so it was a bit quieter than I imagined although there were lively people at the bar and I imagined that the noise level could get kind of loud. All in all, a place I would try again.

Very good steak!! Perfect baking! Everything was very delicious! The spinach is sensational! I speak very attentively! 5 stars!
