Hyatt - Broad Channel

Good hotel in classic NYC style. Nothing to do with real asian Hyatt hotels anyway... Very good location and great view of Empire State building from its skybar!!

Great hotel in a great location. The surrounding area (Korea town) is unique, lively and energetic. Five min walk from Penn Station. The hotel itself is nice. Secure entrance is safe and staff is super pleasant and helpful. Free sit down breakfast is a huge plus. Didn't have the chance to hit up the rooftop restaurant, next time. We'll be back.

I had a great 2 night stay here. The guy who checked me in was awesome (I can 't remember his name, I think it started with a T I had called earlier in the morning and he let me do an early check in and couldn 't have been more welcoming and helpful. My room was bigger than anticipated, the bed super comfy, and the bathroom really nice. Lots of cool lighting in the room as well. My only small complaints would be there are only 2 elevators and they are slow, and the hotel is located where a lot of tourists go.. although it is very convenient to subway stations and tons of restaurants and shops. My check out was easy (I happily requested and received a late one and the two staff members especially the staff worker from St. Thomas were super nice. I 'd stay here again, absolutely.
