Insomnia Cookies - Broad Channel

Order wasn’t even ready for pick up and gave me the wrong cookies. They also taste old would rather go somewhere else.

Friendly staff, fast service not in peak hours), clean facilities inside. Cookies were still warm after purchase. However, on this particular day, they didn't have any ice cream because they were waiting for a new shipment. Overall, it was not a bad experience being a first-time customer.

Cookies were warm and very tasty. Out on a late night splurge, we ordered triple chocolate chip and salted caramel. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Hope this doesn't become an addiction.

First time in New York, tried this spot cause it was still open and oh boy the ice cream is sooooo good. Worth every cent spent ! Service was good and it was a chill environment. Very Welcoming

The gluten-free cookie here is fantastic! The staff at this location are incredibly friendly, creating a wonderful atmosphere. I'm looking forward to seeing more gluten-free options in the future!
