Jet's Pizza - Broad Channel

Not at all m at all meeted my expectations especially for that price. The actual taste of the pizza is not even close to as appealing as the photo is.

I ordered yesterday 30 minutes before closing and my order never showed up. No call, no refund. I called this morning and was offered a redelivery. The food came to me cold, i got soggy chicken stale breadsticks. It was the same food from the night before, reheated. The Jet's Deep Dish Bread was flavorless and had practically no cheese on it. I live in the area, will be speaking to management soon.

Their pizza is absolutely fantastic! It’s cooked to perfection and handled with such care!

The dish had an excess of tomato sauce, which seemed to be concentrated beneath the cheese. It made it quite messy to eat. Additionally, the edges were burnt.

The Jet Wings were quite greasy, and the gluten-free pizza was just mediocre. Plus, I didn't receive my $2 side of ranch dressing.
