Kansas Chicken Burger - Broad Channel

So for the 2 piece meal if you want a breast you have to pay $1 more, you have to get leg and thigh, anything different is $1 extra. Just asked why and the guy who said he's the manager a dark man cursed us out. Poor customer service, never buy there again.

I ordered a mixed chicken and fries combo and they only sent fries.

Crispy chicken shouldn't be soggy ....had to put in my air fryer

I never had a problem with this restaurant.Ive been there ,It's Very clean ,the staff is very pleasant ,normally the food is very well prepared and taste delicious.I was surprised this order was over cooked .First time that every happen .Due to their reputation and my pass experience with them I would still buy from this restaurant.Nobody's perfect Everybody has at least one off day.Better over cooked than half cooked or burnt .
