Fun place to get tapas, it was great that the plates were small enough to share since it allowed us to try a myriad of dishes. Everything we ordered was so delicious, I would definitely go back again!
I LOVE this place. My favorite are the fresh made churros w chocolate. All their food is delicious and the ambiance is fantastic. Definitely feels a little bit like Spain.
Very authentic and well done Spanish diner (as certified by my Spanish partner) and in a beautiful setting with incredibly well thought out decorations and design. Gazpacho, croquettes, smoked salmon, lentil soup, garbanzo bean soup, chorizo, blood sausage, jamón...all of it is a Spanish must try that is executed well here. My boyfriend noted that even the glass plates are the same as his Andalusian grandmother 's. Reservations can be made on their website or on Google maps and we had no problems with the process--we even modified the reservation we made on Google with ease. If you 're confused about the Little Spain center, I can explain. It 's a very well done complex by the same guy that created the diner, José Andrés, a famous Spanish chef. There 's a large, immaculate space with a drink bar, wine bar, churro bar, ice cream bar, market, etc, that is all very authentic albeit more chic and modernized. Definitely worth a trip or two, or even just a stroll through the complex to get the full Spanish experience, as long as it ends with churros. You could easily spend a couple of hours here, and with the proximity to the vessel and high line, you could fill up the day.
Like the wine selection and the 15 year reserve, the bartender was from Chihuahua and it is a favorite place to handout with friends after work.
