Lisa's Dumplings - Broad Channel

Ugh so rude. Terrible service. My friend ordered dumplings and never got them. When she questioned the workers about her dumplings, they repeatedly assured her that she already got them. She didn't even get her money back.

They are not bad but just overpriced… chinatown would NEVVEEEEEERRRR!!!!

Went there for the first time and there was a piece of auburn colored hair stuck to one of my dumplings… disgusting.

The customer service was a very bad experience. I had a hard time understanding the menu and seeing it, when I was told what kind of favor for the pork dumpling I was confused and when the representive pointed at the menu I asked if she can read the choices cause I couldn't see and her response “you can't see?”… also even though I ordered two different dumplings (chicken and pork), she gave me just pork. Dumplings are fresh made; you can see them being made right at the counter. I ordered 10 pork steamed dumplings. There are also beef, chicken, shrimp, and veggies. Of course you can get them fried as well. They provide large orders as well. Gave 4 stars because the dumplings weren’t hot.
