Mexiana - Broad Channel

Was craving tamales, and Mexiana came up on my search on my walk home. Service was patient while I perused the menu, ordered for takeout, food came out pretty quickly. The tamales roja were very flavorful, had the perfect amount of kick — if there was more cheese, these would be perfect!! 2 tamales filled me up. My partner had the chicken enchiladas with green sauce, and he raved about them. He’s much harder to please coming from his Tex-mex repertoire, so we are thrilled to have this be our new spot. Affordable and great portions!

Was in the neighborhood for an appointment. Saw on their outside menu that they have tamales! …I LOVE Tamales!Went in to order Four tamales ?The lady went to pack them, returned shortly to inform me there was only One tamale left! ONE?! ? I said ok, let me buy the One…Opened it outside,… mouth watered when I smelled the steamed masa… carefully unwrapped the corn husk, bit into the treasure inside… mmmm! Delicioso! I may ‘Need’ to return… even without a local appointment! ?? ?

This place is amazing!!! There tamales are SOO GOOD!! I will definitely be coming back to this place.

I've only tried the tacos and the steak platter here, delicious.Service is a little slow since they make every dish at order but it's worth the wait

They don't serve most of what's on their printed menu. What they did agree to make was made completely wrong and wasn't very good.
