I discovered this restaurant on accident one day when I was walking in the area and am honestly so glad that I did! This non-descript somewhat hole-in-the-wall restaurant serves classic chinese/taiwanese dishes for a steal. Most dishes range in the $8 range for a generous portion of meat/entree, rice, and veggies. There are dishes ranging from your more Americanized General Tso's Chicken and Sesame Chicken (which are served HOT and crunchy) to more traditional braised pork belly. Service here is always very very friendly and dishes are made to order. I personally prefer the sesame chicken here to other americanized restaurant chains given the quality and quantity for the price. The only critique I would have is that the sauce is a tad on the sweet side. I will continue coming to this shop intermittently whenever I'm feeling like getting something close to a homemade meal fix but don't feel like making the trek down to Chinatown. Not quite as good as mom's cooking, but pretty close!
Fast service but the chicken ramen is really plain, noodles taste like they were boiled in seafood maybe other dishes are better
I enjoyed braised pork over rice with baby bok choy. Very tasty and the service is friendly
Best spot for authentic Chinese food! Really big portions for a great price. My boyfriend got the braised pork and loved it. The garlic chicken was spot on. Would definitely recommend. Great service too!
