Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I just get robbed, I ordered 6 pieces of chicken. When I get home and opened my box I saw only 4 pieces....pop eyes this is ridiculous I am upset also the staff always have an attitude

As the years went by since Popeyes opened up their food quality has decreased , became very greasy and oily , busicuts were the best in town , now they are very dry from the min u get them to make u not even want them . I guess people just don't care anymore about pleasing the public ....

Worst place to order The manager at duty tonight does not even know what is a combo and he was very rude including one of the staff which is a Guyanese Indian woman she does not know how to speak with a customer, Plus they have staff that cannot handle and take order properly, I’m very disappointed at my order tonight. Even the manager need training because he said u don’t get soda with a combo. Worst customer service and i believe this place need better people

I'm disappointed with my order this time around. My order was delivered but all of my mash potato was at the bottom of my bag. The container lid for the mash potato came off. This is not the first time this has happened. I did a pick up of my own order and when I went to check it the cover was off. The popeye company needs to get better lids for delivery. Or the popeyes stores need to place those side orders in plastic bags, and tie them up so your side orders do not spill. They need to do better, especially since you're paying for the food delivery and other add on.

For some reason every time I come here I get fresh chicken and French fries. I love coming to this popeyes, the only downside is just double parking here since it's a busy street.
