Sakura - Broad Channel

Nice and quiet atmosphere. Food was alright. I got chicken katsu and it was good. My friend got dinner special 3 rolls of her choice I think. She got the crab sushi. It was REALLY good.

I called them to make a delivery and I waited more than an hour until I called back. They said that they wouldn’t deliver anymore and never even made the food.

Shrimp tempura, 2 pieces shrimp and six pieces of vegetables, miso soup and salad is just $9.50.Food is good. But they don't provide tea or even a glass of water.

Such an exceptional business!! The service and employee participation was amazing!!! The requests we had for special sauces were met at the highest degree! The rolls were amazing and the appetizer were to die for! Wait time for help so minimal and the waiters helped with all questions we had! I cannot wait to go back IN PERSON and have another enjoyable meal!

I went in for a quick meal with my small child. Staff were rude and inattentive. waited forever. The waitress actually disappeared at the end of the meal , I think she doubles as a delivery person.. I could have easily walked out without paying. I waited a long time just to pay so I could leave.There was no apology for her disappearance. I wanted to leave no tip but just couldn't do it. will never go there again. how are they still in business?
