This restaurant serves the most delicious pork and chive dumplings in Chinatown. Their noodles with peanut sauce are also fantastic. I’ve become quite fond of this place. I prefer dumplings with a more delicate skin, and they offer a beautifully light and translucent shell that is exceptional. The filling is always top-quality. Compared to King Dumplings and another local competitor, this spot clearly stands out with the best filling and wrapper. I highly recommend the boiled dumplings over the fried ones. The chicken and mushroom dumplings are outstanding as well. Their hot and sour soup is unique—it includes pickles, which I haven’t seen elsewhere, possibly due to regional variations. While the atmosphere is simple and no-frills, the lightning-fast service and incredible food more than make up for it.

We tried the $3 peanut noodles that everyone has been raving about, along with the pork and chive dumplings. The peanut noodles were decent—simple and hearty—but the dumplings stole the show! They were absolutely delicious and the highlight of our meal. I would definitely come back just for those dumplings; the filling was juicy and immensely satisfying. Don’t forget to use the dark sauce—it complements them perfectly. The portion sizes were generous, and our food came out quickly. There's also a self-serve station with chopsticks, utensils, soy sauce, and vinegar available for your convenience.

The peanut noodles are served hot and fresh, bursting with bright, flavorful greens and spring onion—a perfect combination. I couldn't resist eating the portion I intended to take home, so I ordered another! The same goes for the steamed and fried pork and chive dumplings—they're succulent, packed with flavor, and full of meat! I gobbled those up too and ended up getting another order to go! The service was quick and friendly, very efficient. Don't miss out on this place!
